Our homes are a provision for young people with staff available during the day to meet the needs of the young people placed there.

The staff have experience in working with young people with varying support needs including, but not inclusive of ,unaccompanied minors, 18 plus support, young mothers and babies and young offenders to name a few.

EDEN Care is committed to promoting a culture of continuous improvement and achieving excellent quality in everything we do. " EDEN Care accommodation are self contained units which are individual in their layout. These are fully furnished and include all items necessary for a young person, with support, to develop their independent living skills necessary for them to move forward towards full independence.

Housing

Our homes are a provision for young people with staff available during the day to meet the needs of the young people placed there. Outside of these hours there’s an On-call member of staff available to deal with matters which arise

Qualified Staff

All our staff are qualified to the minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Partnerships

EDEN Care have partnerships with local agents who can source the properties that reach our standard. We work with local support and government agencies to best assist our young people.

Support

‘EDEN Care work with young people from 18 – 21 years old, at point of admission to our services.

Learning

Structured key work sessions around independent living are tailored to the needs of the young person after initial assessment to gage the level of support needed
